Our Mission: 

The mission of the youth ministry program is to support the development of spirit-filled youth leaders who abide by the Father, imitate and follow the Son, and live in the power of the Holy Spirit. By developing intentional disciples of Jesus Christ, the programming raises up, equips, empowers, and launches each participant’s path into becoming full-fledged members of the parish and positively contributing to the wider community.

The youth ministry council's mission is to guide the youth of the parish in their faith journeys by supporting the development of spirit-filled youth leaders who abide by the Father, imitate and follow the Son, and live in the power of the Holy Spirit.

What We Do: 

The Saint Elizabeth Youth Ministry Council meets with the parish Youth Ministry Coordinator to aid in planning and programming to support the mission of youth ministry. The council collaborates with the youth ministry coordinator to plan detailed events for the youth groups including weekly meetings, service opportunities, spiritual growth opportunities, and social events. The youth ministry council supports the program by brainstorming and participating in efforts to reach out to all students in the parish and grow the program. The council also offers in person support at youth ministry events.

The high school and 7th/8th grade youth groups gather for events such as biweekly meetings, service opportunities, spiritual enrichment opportunities, and social events in hopes that students grow in discipleship, relationship, stewardship and leadership.
