Thank you for choosing to register your children in the Saint Elizabeth Elementary Faith Formation program. Our program registration is conducted online through our registration partner Parish Giving. Please note that class sizes are limited, and session selection is on a first come, first served basis.
Returning families (registered in 2023-24): You will receive an email from Parish Giving on Monday, April 22, 2024, providing login credentials for your Parish Giving Religious Education account. The email will go to the parent/guardian who is listed as the primary contact for your family. DO NOT USE THE LINK BELOW which is for new families only. Additional children starting formation can be added to your existing family account. If registration opens, and you do not receive this automated email, please contact the Religious Education Office at 610-646-6545 or email [email protected].
New families: (never registered or not registered in 2023-24): Please click on the link below and start your registration by completing the family information form. Once you complete and submit this form, the Religious Education office will be notified and will review your application. Upon approval you will receive an email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that was created for you. Sign in to your account to make a payment and select a class session(s) for your child/ren.
Tuition Fees:
Grades 1-7: The full tuition fee is $220.00 per child. To qualify for a early-bird discount tuition of $190.00 per child, register with payment before Monday, July 1, 2024.
Kindergarten: Tuition is $140.00 per child. For the kindergarten rate, use discount code: K4STE2425.
Payment Options: You may pay by credit card or bank transfer online, by check or by cash.
Online credit payment: If you pay online, you will immediately access the session choices to select your preferred class day and time. Please note that if you choose to pay with a credit card you will incur a 3% convenience fee. If you pay by bank transfer, you will incur a $0.35 transaction fee.
Check or cash payment: If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you will have a pending registration until payment is received, and then you will be contacted by the office to choose your class session. Checks should be made out to St. Elizabeth Parish. Payment should be sent to the Parish Ministry Center, 110 St Elizabeth Drive, Chester Springs, PA 19425 or delivered in person between the hours of 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM or deposited in the drop box immediately outside the office entrance.
Tuition Assistance: Families that are facing especially difficult financial circumstances at this time may be eligible for some financial assistance from the parish. An application form is available from the parish business office (610-321-1200). Anyone requesting financial assistance is responsible to make a minimum tuition payment of $50.00 per child at the time of registration. After completing and submitting both the registration entry and a financial assistance application, the requesting family will be contacted in a timely manner by the parish business manager to discuss their eligibility for assistance and the amount of assistance available to them. We welcome any new parents to volunteer as a catechist, classroom aide, or office assistant. You may indicate your interest on the registration and the office will contact you. Teen siblings may also volunteer as classroom aides.
