Our Mission:

To support parishioners or their family members who are confined to their home or in a hospital.

What We Do:

Our Home and Hospital Ministry provides emotional and spiritual support to the sick and homebound during difficult or lonely times, bringing them Holy Communion on request. Team members are needed mostly on the weekends, but there is also a need for visitors during the week.
