Pray for Vocations
All are invited to participate in a new prayer initiative in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia - Philly Adoration for Vocations.  Held each Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in Sacred Heart Chapel at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, Catholics are invited to spend time before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament praying for vocations and ask Him to bless His Church with many holy vocations.  We encourage everyone to pray that those whom the Lord is calling will have the courage to respond to His invitation. The individual will be responsible for various custodial and maintenance duties for the church, parish buildings and parish grounds under the supervision of the pastor, facilities director and/or parish services director. Making Missionary Disciples
The Office for the New Evangelization, Archbishop’s Commission for Missionary Disciples and FOCUS Parish present a workshop entitled “Making Missionary Disciples” on Wednesday, May 4, from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM at Mother of Divine Providence Parish in King of Prussia. This workshop is for everyone engaged in parish ministry, especially clergy, parish leaders and volunteers. It is recommended that parishes attend as a group for full impact. Prayer Service for Ukraine
Join us for an Interfaith Prayer Service to pray for the people of the United States and Ukraine at the Malvern Retreat House Memorial Dining Hall on May 5, 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM. The program includes coffee and danish, a presentation on Ukraine by Rev. Msgr Peter Waslo, J.C.L. of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, and a prayer Service led by Fr. Jim McGuinn and local Clergy. Annual Wedding Anniversary Mass
Are you celebrating a special anniversary this year? The Annual Archdiocesan Wedding Anniversary Mass will take place on Saturday, May 7 at the Cathedral Basilica of SS Peter & Paul at the 5:15 PM Mass with Archbishop Perez presiding. This Mass will be commemorating all married couples who are newlyweds, or celebrating their 5, 10, 25 or 50 year wedding anniversary milestones. Concert for Racial Healing
The Archbishop’s Commission on Racial Healing is sponsoring a concert by the Archdiocesean Choirs of Philadelphia on Sunday, May 15, at the Cathedral Basilica of SS Peter & Paul in Philadelphia. Archbishop Perez will be there to offer words of inspiration and hope. Admission is free.
