If you have a loved one who was laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery, be sure to honor their memory with flowers by enrolling in the Floral Tribute Plan. We offer a full selection of handmade year-round silk flowers and decorations. Our plans provide four placements with predetermined months and types of arrangements placed. Our cemetery staff will place your selected arrangements at the gravesite of your loved ones and carefully replace them when the next seasonal arrangement is ready to be placed. Mothers of Children with Disabilities Retreat
All mothers and grandmothers who are raising children with disabilities, and those who have adult children with disabilities, are welcome and encouraged to attend a retreat on Tuesday, May 9, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Malvern Retreat House. The one-day retreat will include Mass; dynamic presentations; times of quiet prayer; and opportunities to share in fellowship with other mothers and grandmothers. In addition, Michelle White– a mother of an adult daughter with Down Syndrome, teacher, and accomplished artist– will display her art during the retreat. Catholic Charities Night at Citizens Bank Park
Support the Catholic Charities Appeal (CCA) and watch the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Chicago Cubs at Citizens Bank Park on Friday, May 19 at 7:05 PM. A portion of the proceeds from all tickets sold will directly benefit CCA programs that provide support to those experiencing homelessness, special needs students, food cupboards, afterschool programs, and more. If 500 or more tickets are sold, Jay from Don Guanella, a CCA beneficiary will throw out the first pitch of the game and Cardinal O’Hara High School Choir will sing the National Anthem. IHM Nun Run
Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 3, 2023, for the 10th Annual IHM Nun Run, 5K run / 3K walk. Start time is 8:30 am. Register by May 21. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School 50th Class Reunion
There will be a 50th Class Reunion for graduates of John W. Hallahan High School on October 14-15, 2023. We will meet at Logan Square at 4:00 PM on October 14 for pictures, immediately followed by Mass at 5:15 PM at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul.
