Volunteers Needed for English Instruction

The Sisters of Saint Joseph Welcome Center needs your help! We are looking for volunteers to teach some of our classes for adult immigrants. Opportunities are available for online and in-person English and/or citizenship preparation classes. (In-person classes take place at our Center in the heart of the Kensington section of Philadelphia.) Classes will begin in September. Teaching experience is not required. Our Lady of Fatima Day

The National Center for Padre Pio in Barto, PA will host a Day for Our Lady of Fatima on Wednesday, July 12, at 9:30 AM. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School 50th Class Reunion

There will be a 50th Class Reunion for graduates of John W. Hallahan High School on October 14-15, 2023. We will meet at Logan Square at 4:00 PM on October 14 for pictures, immediately followed by Mass at 5:15 PM at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul. Catholic Women’s Conference 2023

Join Catholic women from the greater Philadelphia area for a day of fun, friendship, faith formation and prayer at the Catholic Women’s Conference. The 2023 theme is “Created for Love: Daughter • Sister • Friend • Bride • Mother”. Throughout the day, we will learn how we as women can enter more deeply into these five primary ways of relating to God and others and so experience deeper fulfillment and bring greater joy to others.
