Saint Elizabeth Parish School to Celebrate Catholic Schools Week
January 28 – February 2, 2018

For complete information about Saint Elizabeth Parish School and all the special events for Catholic Schools Week, go online to: www.stelizabethparishschool.org!

Open House for Catholic Schools Week: Make plans to attend our Open House on Sunday, January 28, 12:30-2:00 PM.  We would love the chance to show you how a Saint Elizabeth Parish School education could benefit your child!  Come with any and all questions you may have.  Application materials for new students will be available for the 2018-2019 school year.
CSW Closing Mass: All parishioners, and their friends and neighbors, too, are welcome to join our parish school students, faculty and staff for the Closing Mass on Friday, February 2, at 11:15 AM in church.  No RSVP is needed- simply come out to join us at the altar!
Monthly Peacemakers Awards: Congratulations to all of the students who were recognized at the Mass for the Parish School on January 12, for the way they model the virtue of leadership.  God has given you a great gift!  The peacemaker virtue for January is self-control.
Stars in Service: Saint Elizabeth students are carrying out the Works of Mercy right in the classroom. Our Stars in Service program allows students to work with their teachers to plan, carry out and reflect on service projects benefitting people in the community as well as students right in our own school community. Thanks to Mrs. Maureen Bellafante for her leadership in initiating this worthwhile program.
Team Work Thrives:  The musical “Shrek” and the seasonal newsletter have been productive events for all. Robotics, Future Cities and Odyssey of the Mind teams have been hard at work preparing for their competitions throughout the year.  Our Reading Olympics team and Festival Chorus Members have both been registered and are now working diligently. We also look forward to a successful Math 24 Challenge and Math Counts season.  The Yearbook team, Student Council and National Junior Honor Society chapters continue to offer additional leadership opportunities for our students.
2018-2019 School Year: New student application for parish families begins on Tuesday, January 30, and for non-parish families on Wednesday, January 31. We are saving a seat for your child!  Re-registration of current students and advanced application for incoming siblings has already begun.  For more information, call Liz Oulton at 610-646-6540.

Kindergarten and First Grade Sneak-A-Peek Day
Parents with children preparing to enter kindergarten or first grade next year are invited to attend one of our Sneak-A-Peek events. Visit our parish school anytime between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM on the following dates: Tuesday, February 13, Tuesday, February 27, or Wednesday, March 14.  Bring your child for an opportunity to Sneak-A-Peek and meet our current students and teachers during a typical school day!  For more info, call Liz Oulton at 610-646-6540.
