St. James Alumni Association’s Varsity Club II Annual Turkey Drive: Once again we are soliciting donations of frozen turkeys and non-perishable dry goods. Donations can be made on Wednesday, Novemeber 14, 8:00 AM-7:00 PM and on Thursday, November 15, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM at the Dog-house. If you prefer to donate money, you can mail a check or drop off your donation anytime between now and 5:00 PM, on Friday, November 16. The suggested donation to buy a turkey is $15. Annual Turkey Meal Collection

WHEN:      Sunday, November 18 – 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM

WHERE:    Kitchen door bay area (casserole drop off area)

           WHO:     Meals to benefit our sister parish, Visitation

                                 BVM and several other inner-city parishes.

           WHAT:  

  • Frozen turkey (12 – 15 lbs) (place frozen turkey inside paper shopping bag and then inside plastic bag)

  • Aluminum roasting pan

  • Two boxes of stuffing

  • Box of mashed potatoes or fresh potatoes

  • Four (4) cans of vegetables (or more to accommodate larger turkey)

  • Gravy

  • Cranberry sauce

  • Rolls/breads

  • Non-refrigerated, non-frozen dessert

  • Any other items you may wish to include (napkins etc.)
