SS. Peter & Paul, West Chester: Light Weigh One King by Suzanne Fowler is a faith-based program that promotes two goals, weight loss and a deeper relationship with our Lord. This 12-week program provides several tools which include a weekly instructional and inspirational DVD, a journal workbook and support from the weekly small group meeting with leadership.
