Malvern Retreat House: Please join us for a Volunteer Clean Up, Saturday, October 17, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. We are in need of your help for a general clean-up of Malvern Retreat House. Volunteers are asked to gather from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. Coffee and donuts will be served at 9:50 AM near the dining hall, followed by pizza and cold drinks for lunch. Villa Maria Academy High School: Join us for the following Fall 2021 admissions events:. The Entrance-Scholarship Exam will be offered on Sunday, October 18 and Saturday, October 24 on campus. OneRunTogether: Please join us for our Ready Set GLOW Virtual 5K/10K race which will be held between 6:30 PM on Saturday, October 24 and 10:00 PM on Sunday, October 25. Since we are not able to run together due to Covid-19, we are taking it into the neighborhoods, roads and treadmills; run your event and report your time to us when finished. Beatification of Father Michael J. McGivney: Venerable Servant of God Father Michael J. McGivney is to be beatified on Saturday, October 31 at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph in Hartford, CT.  Father McGivney founded the Knights of Columbus in 1882 with Charity, Unity, Fraternity and Patriotism as the guiding principles.  Now two million members strong, the Knights of Columbus serve local parishes and communities around the world.  As we celebrate this historic event, please join in asking Blessed Michael McGivney for his intercession and praying for his eventual canonization.  For more information, go to “KofC.org” and watch the video on the McGivney Miracle Baby. SS. Philip & James, Exton: Join us on Saturday, November 7, 9:00 AM-12:00 Noon (begins after 8:30 AM Mass), for a one day Bereavement Retreat, “Grieving Through the Holidays”. The program will be held in the SS. Philip & James School cafeteria. Masks required, social distancing will be practiced and Zoom will be available. Breakfast will be served. Saint Charles Borromeo Seminary: The Seminary recently announced the launch of the Institute for Christian Formation with classes beginning in January 2021. The Institute offers a dynamic, new program of spiritual formation and development for men and women in a non-degrr/non-credit format. Sessions will be held on Thursday evenings but not every week so that the program is manageable for most. The full program consists of four seasons over two years and participants who complete the full program will receive a certificate of completion that will be recorded in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s Office for Catechetical Formation.
