Sixth Annual Padre Pio Festival
Saint Bede the Venerable Church, located in Holland, PA welcomes all to its Sixth Annual Festival to honor St. Pio of Pietrelcina, better known as Padre Pio, on Saturday-Sunday, September 18-19. The two day event features games, amusements for children, food and craft vendors, and live music. There will be a 5:30 PM vigil Mass on Saturday evening, followed by blessings with holy relics, and 12:30 PM Mass on Sunday, followed by a street procession through the surrounding neighborhood. Contemplative Prayer Retreat
September 27-30, the Marianist Family Retreat Center in Cape May, NJ will host a contemplative prayer retreat. This retreat is intended for those interest in a contemplative prayer experience. First-timers as well as those who are familiar and experienced with this type of retreat are all welcomed. Charity 5K for Homeless
You can make a difference for those experiencing homelessness in just 3.1 miles. Join Bethesda Project for the 2nd annual Home Run 5K from October 7-10, 2021! Register individually or as a team to walk, run, or bike a course of your choice. This can be a great way to connect outdoors and walk as a congregation, Sunday School classes, or worship teams. All racers track their times while completing the 5K and record their times on the race page for the chance to win prizes including fastest time, best race photo, most funds raised, and more.
