Ordinarily, the Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated each Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm in the church. Periodically through the year, parents may also arrange to have their child baptized within a regularly scheduled weekend Mass.
Pre-Jordan Programs are held on the second Saturday of the month at 10:30 AM in the Mullin Ministry Center next to the church. Prior to the baptism, parents are expected to participate in these classes, which cover the significance of the Sacrament of Baptism and Christian parenting. It is preferable that parents attend a class prior to the birth of their child. Babysitting services are provided for those who need them.
In addition, a completed Baptism registration form, together with attested godparent/sponsor eligibility forms, must be submitted to the parish office in order to arrange a specific date for Baptism.
Please call the parish office at 610-321-1200 to schedule attendance at a Pre-Jordan class and to obtain baptism forms. Class dates are dependent on sufficient enrollment.
