Announcing Walking With Purpose:
Women’s Catholic Scripture Study for Every Day Living
Are you searching for more in your life? Do you seek connection with other women in our parish community? Do you desire to grow in your Catholic faith? Then Walking with Purpose is the place for you! Please join us for either of our two Scripture studies this year, make new friends within our parish, and discover that God sees us and loves us-- authentic and messy -- just as we are.
Walking with Purpose transforms the hearts and lives of women by providing Scripture studies that enable women to know Christ through Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church. Personal study and small group discussions at WWP each week link our everyday challenges with the solutions given to us through the teachings of Christ and the Catholic Church. No experience necessary, just come as you are.
This year, St. Elizabeth is offering two courses:
• “Keeping in Balance” = Monday evenings, beginning October 7, 2019 , 7:00 - 9:00 PM
▪ Keeping in Balance focuses on creating balance within. Come explore Biblical ways we can manage life’s pace and pressure while living with calm and steadiness.
and
• “Touching the Divine” = Wednesday mornings, beginning October 2, 2019, 9:30 - 11:30 AM
▪ Touching the Divine draws us into a deeper loving relationship with Jesus by showing us who Jesus is, as told to us by the “disciple whom Jesus loved,” John. John will teach us how much Jesus loves us, and how His love is the true satisfaction of our souls.

Sunday, October 20, Social Hall after the 11:30 AM Mass
Combined choirs of Visitation BVM and Saint Elizabeth guitar group will provide liturgical music at the 11:30 AM Mass.
• Bring a potluck dish serving 8-10 people
• Come break bread with parishioners from Visitation Parish BVM
• There will be activities for the children, too!
